The Youth Employment and Training Program provides young people from high-risk communities with temporary, full-time employment, equipping them with skills and experiences that promote stability and prevent involvement in violence. Through this program, youth work closely with mentors at Totally Positive Productions to gain job skills, educational support, and guidance for personal development.
Prioritizing TANF, SNAP, foster care, and court-involved youth, this initiative provides young people with a supportive foundation to succeed in work and life. The program has a positive impact on youth participants by reducing risky behaviors, improving academic achievements, and fostering self-reliance.
