Adult Employment and Training Program
Our Adult Employment and Training Program offers adults from violence-impacted communities temporary employment and skills training, providing a pathway to long-term stability and self-sufficiency. By offering 3-6 months of full-time employment at Totally Positive Productions, we provide a structured opportunity for adults to gain work experience, reduce risky behaviors, and increase educational achievements.
Participants in the program work alongside community mentors, gaining essential life skills and job training in a positive, supportive environment. This program prioritizes adults eligible for TANF, SNAP, foster care, and those involved with the court system, ensuring support reaches those who need it most.
