Adult Employment And Training Program

The Adult Employment and Training Program targets Chicagoland adults from communities that have been the hardest-hit by violence. The adults are usually provided with temporary, full-time employment for a period of 3-6 months at Totally Positive Productions with the aim of achieving these documented outcomes: violence prevention, a reduction in risky behavior, and increase in educational achievement. Preference is usually given to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) eligible adults, adults on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), adults in foster care, and court-involved adults.
